Nothing like putting together the perfect holiday wreath for your front door! For fall I actually made mine, but for Christmas I did something a little different. To make a true Christmas wreath is a lot more difficult then putting together a fall wreath for the following reasons: cutting branches, attaching branches to wreath insert, adding holly berries, ect. So I purchased my own wreath from Target for $25.I then added a star ornament and a holiday sign, which I also purchased from Target. So in a way, I did put together my own unique Christmas wreath. Putting together a beautiful Holiday centerpiece is something that is easy and fun to do! I alternate my glass vase, purchased from Homesense to every season by adding something festive in it. For Christmas I have added Holiday balls that I purchased from the dollar store. It was so easy to do and it looks great!

Hi all,

I hope everyone is getting into the Christmas spirit because it’s just around the corner! With that being said, we have already experienced our first snowfall here in Canada! With the snowflakes falling, its been putting me in a Christmassy mood. So, today I decided to start my Christmas cards (I will post about that shortly). For now, I just wanted to chat my viewers in on what Christmas décor pieces and crafts that I have already started this year. I’m going to post loads more so stay tuned!

I purchased the "J O Y" light bulb sign from Target for $19.99 & the reindeer from The Georgina Garden Centre for $39.99. 

Shabby Chic Christmas Decor 

This year I have decided to go with a Shabby Chic Christmas theme. So I have been pairing up vintage/rustic items with new Christmas ornaments. I purchased this window at a yard sale for $20 and all the ornaments from Target for $2 each.

Holiday Gift Wrapping

This year I have noticed that a lot of people have stayed away from the traditional Christmas gift-wrap, and instead have used a simple wrapping paper and then attached a handmade bow and gift tags. This year I have done the same. I used brown Scotch paper and some pretty Christmas ribbon that I purchased from the dollar store. I then used q-cards to cut out the gift tags and a Christmas stamp to decorate the gift tags. I used numerous ribbons to decorate my Christmas presents and they turned out great!
